Introduction to Club Membership Registration
We have three categories of Club Membership available:
Volunteer Membership – this category of member is appointed by the Club at the Annual General Meeting and includes such roles as Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Club Welfare Officers, and other Club Officials, as well as team managers and coaches
Player Membership – this category of member is registered with the Club to play for one or more Club teams. Without being a Player Member of the Club, the player cannot be then registered with a league to play for the team.
Parent Membership – this category of member is registered with the Club as a parent, guardian or carer of a Player.
Flixton Juniors is a non-profit Community Amateur Sports Club, and as such we have to abide by certain rules set out by HM Revenue & Customs. In particular, there is a restriction on the number of non-Playing Members of the Club. In consequence:
Each Player Member can only have one Parent Member
Types of Player Membership
We have two types of Player Membership:
Adult Player Membership – this applies to our Open Age team players and players in teams categorised as over 18s
Young Player Membership – this applies to all our teams and activities up to and including under 18s
Membership Fees
Adult Player Fees – £50 per season
Young Player Fees – £35 per season
Family Discount – For every additional Young Player on an application the Young Player fee is discounted to £25 per season, so the fees for two Young Players would be £60

How to provide online Consent through the Whole Game System
Under the new England Football registration rules, parents and carers must now provide online consent for the children in their care to play for our Club.
As part of the Membership Registration process, the Club has already created your parent and child accounts or has linked the Club to your existing parent and child accounts on the Whole Game System.
The Club will ask you for consent through the Whole Game System, and you will receive an email to the email address you used on your Club Membership Registration as shown below:

Please check your junk or spam email if you cannot find this email.
Please press the ‘Manage my consent’ button, and you will be transferred to the Whole Game System. You may reset your password if it is the first time your are logging into the account or if you have forgotten it.
Once you are logged into your FA Account, you should see the following:

Press ‘Give Consent’.
Once provided, online consent lasts three (3) years. You may change the consent status through the FA Account.
Applying for Membership with Flixton Juniors – Parents and Young Players
The application for Parent and Young Player Membership is performed online through our Flixton Juniors Registration Portal, which can be accessed through the link below.
Before doing so, please read the following information which will make the process easier for you:
- Parent and Young Player Registration happens within the same application for Registration
- All Young Players seeking Registration that live in the same household should be submitted on the same Parent Membership application – this allows a family discount to be applied when more than one Young Player is registered
- To make the process go smoother and quicker, please have passport style photos of the Young Players showing their face, head and shoulders against a plain background and with no shadows on their face, enough space around the head and shoulders & also must have a top on, any photo with no top on will not be accepted
- Please follow the detailed instructions below on how to complete the Registration Process – these instructions can also be downloaded here
- To submit an application for Registration, the Young Player fees have to be paid – no application can be submitted and accepted without the fees being paid
- You can pay through our Club PayPal account or by transfer of monies to our Club Bank Account via team funds
- Registrations officials are available to help through registrations@flixtonjuniors.org
